How do I request an errand?

Open the app, tap Create new errand, set the pickup and drop-off on the map, add a photo if it helps, choose a budget and post. Runners nearby are notified straight away.

How much does it cost?

You choose the budget. The app suggests a fair amount from the distance, the category and the time of day, and you can adjust it before you post. What you see is what you pay: there are no hidden charges added later.

Can I schedule an errand in advance?

Yes. Choose Schedule instead of ASAP when posting and pick the date and time.

What if the runner cancels or does not show up?

If a runner releases an errand before pickup it goes straight back to the feed for someone else, and your money stays safely held. If something goes wrong during an errand, tap Report a problem: payment is frozen and our team resolves it, usually within 24 hours.

Is payment secure?

Card payments are processed by Paystack and never touch our servers. Your errand budget sits in escrow and is only released by your delivery code, by your confirmation, or by our support team after a review.

How do I become a runner?

Install the app, create an account and switch to Runner mode from your profile. Add your ID, a selfie and a guarantor to get verified, then start accepting errands near you.
